Key Responsibilities

•Provide design leadership for urban design, landscape architecture, and planning teams on complex civic projects and work across a multidisciplinary design practice.
•Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring clear articulation of design visions internally and externally to support project collaboration and decision-making.
•Present design concepts and workshop outputs to clients and stakeholder groups, facilitating design discussions and guiding workshop outcomes.
•Collaborate with planners, landscape architects, architects, interior designers, engineers, and business development professionals to deliver integrated design solutions.
•Support business development activities including marketing, proposals, and client development, contributing to the growth of the design studio.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design plus 6 years of relevant professional design experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
•Professional landscape architecture license within the US
•Master's degree in landscape architecture or urban design (preferred)
•Licensed Landscape Architect in Ohio (within 6 months of hire) (preferred)
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and at least one of Revit, Rhino, SketchUp (preferred)
