Job Summary

Information Manager (CDE Superuser) to ensure the quality and organisation of project information and contractual documents across UK construction projects. You’ll implement and operate the CDE, train project teams, produce system usage reports, and enforce QA/QC protocols while coordinating with clients and internal teams to safeguard digital information. Hybrid work with UK-based projects and office/on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the implementation and operation of the organisation’s CDE and set up project standards; manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to CDE (invitations, workflow updates).
•Provide training to internal and external project members on project-specific CDE systems and protocols; become regional expert in CDE usage and produce regional system usage reports.
•Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide feedback and reports to steering and management teams; collaborate to ensure efficient CDE utilisation and best-practice adoption.
•Manage incoming datasets, ensuring QA/QC and compliance with project protocols; maintain project documentation across multiple projects.
•Review drawings, manage RFIs, correspondences, and submittals; monitor deliverables and safeguard digital security of project information.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of information management experience.
•Extensive experience and strong knowledge of CDE (CDE Superuser).
•Proficient in MS Office packages (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access), Autodesk Forma, Aconex and basic understanding of AutoCAD/Revit, including PowerApps workflows.
•Understanding of industry standards (e.g., ISO19650, GDPR).
•Information Profession qualification in information science, computer engineering, or related field to bachelor’s level or equivalent; able to obtain required security clearances.
