Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services experience and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).

  • •SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal skills; ability to inspire, lead, and coach others.
