Branch Leader I or II Coosaw Creek

Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving performance through coaching, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews. Grow branch revenue and business development across Small Business and Mass Affluent via client appointments, outbound calling, prospecting, and community involvement. Partner with Integrated Relationship Management and Operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, training completion, and Truist Code of Ethics.
