Controls Project Specialist

Own assigned project setup and drive projects through completion with limited supervision, including documentation, materials management, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout. Coordinate and communicate with customers, building owners, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, reviewing construction schedules and validating cost-to-date in business systems. Manage invoicing logistics and resolve billing backlog items with project, field, and legal stakeholders.
