Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, own, and deliver technology roadmaps supporting operational excellence at DXB and DWC.
  • •Translate operational and business requirements into robust system specifications and delivery plans.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
  • •Serve as a single point of contact for senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security, and other Business Technology standards while managing budgets; lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering with 10–12 years overall experience, including 7–10 years in a relevant role.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale operational or mission-critical IT systems with complex integrations.
  • •Knowledge of Total Airport Management (TAM) and related solutions including resource optimization, passenger processing and wayfinding, and realtime monitoring.
  • •Expertise with digital twin, prediction/flow modeling, queue management, biometric systems, and A-CDM/AOP and DCB concepts.
  • •Solid technology leadership, product ownership, and aviation domain expertise, plus experience with system integration, QA, and performance monitoring.
