Job Summary

Own the technical lifecycle of our digital presence, migrating the website and customer funnels from Webflow to a self-hosted setup built on Next.js/Vercel and Payload CMS. Build VIP-tailored landing page templates, edge personalization, and robust in-platform tracking. Pipe PostHog and outbound event/user traits into Salesforce with clean CRM data, repair analytics pipelines, and run server-side A/B tests that drive enterprise demo bookings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the engineering effort to migrate the marketing site and customer funnels from Webflow to a self-hosted frontend on Next.js/Vercel and Payload CMS.
•Architect dynamic landing page templates for VIP accounts that pull tailored assets, logos, and account metrics without layout shift or flicker.
•Implement in-platform tracking to diagnose data gaps and give sales teams visibility into account activity.
•Integrate event data and user traits from PostHog and outbound tooling into Salesforce CRM while optimizing API payloads for data hygiene.
•Build growth experimentation infrastructure and design, launch, and analyze complex server-side A/B tests to drive enterprise demo bookings.
