Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cash management for assigned countries, driving continuous process and structural improvement using evolving technology and regulatory changes.
  • •Manage legal entity cash investment and enhance yield within Honeywell’s Cash Investment Policy.
  • •Maintain data integrity in the Treasury Management System (TMS) through daily reconciliation of cashflows for assigned countries.
  • •Review and approve trade finance facilities, including bank guarantee applications.
  • •Support global cash repatriation, legal entity simplification, and treasury-related projects, including capital structure recommendations for restructuring and support for M&A/divestiture banking and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of corporate treasury experience in an MNC and/or banking industry, with a degree in finance, business, or accounting.
  • •At least 4 years using financial/IT/treasury systems (FIS Quantum).
  • •Strong knowledge of Central Bank regulations and Exchange Controls for Asia-Pacific countries.
  • •Advanced user of Excel & Word and comfort in IT environments; working knowledge of FIS Quantum, GTC Komgo, SAP, 360T, FXAll, and Bloomberg.
  • •Experience in corporate finance & treasury risk management, including treasury/banking aspects of M&A and divestitures, with strong detail orientation and organized communication.
