Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, assist, and lead employees performing machining operations while ensuring workflow efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • •Perform machining processes such as threading, grooving, chamfering, turning, tapping, reaming, serrating, boring, facing, drilling, and similar operations on conventional machines.
  • •Produce parts from a variety of materials and maintain specified dimensions through minor tooling adjustments and resets.
  • •Inspect first pieces and verify machine setup before releasing to operators; detect and report faulty operations or materials.
  • •Operate single- and multi-spindle drill presses, load materials to maintain continuous operation, wash and pack parts, and perform TPM activities (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening).
