Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large pools of change specialists managing programmes and projects across multiple locations from cost, capability, and delivery perspectives.
  • •Partner with senior executive leaders to identify, challenge, prioritise, and drive execution of change needs from design to delivery.
  • •Ensure day-to-day management of teams on site, including upskilling, capability development, and delivery of quality resource.
  • •Own complex decisions for HSBC-wide transformation, including delivering financial improvement/regulatory outcomes and creating a high-capability transformation environment.
