Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the internal engineering platform, standards framework, and developer enablement ecosystem across the Software Engineering Chapter.
  • •Develop and evolve quickstart templates and shared components, defining and maintaining engineering standards, guardrails, best practices, and technical documentation.
  • •Support and evolve the Internal Developer Portal; implement and maintain static code analysis and quality gates (SonarCloud) and monitor engineering metrics (LinearB) to drive improvements.
  • •Improve CI/CD workflows and engineering practices across teams, and define best practices for API design, system architecture, and integration patterns.
  • •Lead the Center for Enablement engineering team: set roadmap/priorities, mentor engineers, promote adoption of standards, and partner with product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS), API architecture and integration patterns, database design, SQL, and schema management.
  • •Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • •Strong understanding of modern software architecture and engineering practices.
  • •Experience building internal developer platforms or shared engineering tooling; Backstage and engineering productivity tools are preferred.
