Job Summary

Lead enterprise network operations for a large contract in the Washington, DC metro area, helping consolidate and modernize IT, cybersecurity, and network services across all states and territories. Operate, maintain, and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure; support cybersecurity integration; monitor network data for troubleshooting and audit/log review; manage compliance; and produce status and technical reports alongside detailed engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate, maintain, and configure enterprise network hardware/software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and classified/unclassified infrastructure.
•Complete cybersecurity-related tasks/requirements and maintain 100% network device compliance.
•Configure and maintain network management platforms and monitor network data for troubleshooting and daily audit/log review.
•Prepare and submit status reports, technical reports, and operational/maintenance procedures for management and customers.
•Coordinate on system status, security posture, and compliance, and document engineering work (inventory, topology, design, test plans, and implementation planning).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including enterprise network engineering, global WAN operations, cybersecurity integration, and network architecture design.
•Minimum 1 year operating and engineering complex DoD, SOCOM, USASOC, or similar large-scale global military/enterprise networks.
•Minimum 1 year experience with enterprise routing and switching, DMVPN architectures, firewalls, IPS, logging platforms, and network security technologies.
•Minimum 1 year supporting and enforcing RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity policies across enterprise networks.
•Active Top Secret security clearance and DoDM 8140.03/DCWF Work Role 441 (Advanced) certifications, including CCIE (or equivalent) and ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher) plus CCDA, CISSP, CCNP Enterprise, and CCNA Security prior to start.
