Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of GPU infrastructure investment transactions, including asset acquisitions, compute rental arrangements, joint ventures, and structured finance deals. Own deal structuring from inception through documentation and financial close, and prepare investment committee materials with financial models, term sheets, and deal memos. Negotiate transaction/legal documents, manage counsel across jurisdictions, support export control compliance, and help originate APAC partnerships while assisting fundraising and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead/assist end-to-end execution of GPU infrastructure transactions, including asset acquisitions, compute rental arrangements, joint ventures, and structured finance deals.
•Own deal structuring from inception through signed documentation and financial close, including investment committee preparation.
•Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as master services agreements, compute rental agreements, JV term sheets, shareholder agreements, NDAs, letters of intent, facility agreements, and SPV constitutional documents.
•Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and act as the internal principal counterpart on legal workstreams.
•Support export control compliance and compute access risk analysis for cross-border deployments, and assist with fundraising, investor reporting, and APAC partnership development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Legal training in corporate, finance, capital markets, or projects, with strong document drafting experience.
•Banking or finance experience with fluency in financial models, deal structuring, and capital markets (e.g., waterfall or returns analysis).
•Ability to build and maintain financial models for GPU deployment economics, revenue/cost projections, and structured financing scenarios.
•Comfort operating with ambiguity and delivering execution without a large team.
•Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI compute, data centers, or technology assets is a strong advantage; based in Singapore.
