•Lead the engineering of products recognized as best in the world, aligned to BAE Cross Domain Solutions.
•Manage one or two direct reports and lead efficient, effective resource management across programme portfolios.
•Ensure delivery on time-constrained programmes by directing multi-disciplined teams.
•Maintain technical competence to guide engineering execution and product development.
•Support software engineering project management for product delivery.

Key Requirements

•Technically credible in FPGA and C++ (not hands-on).
•Experience delivering product engineering and software engineering projects.
•Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams developing highly complex products.
•Qualify for full, unrestricted UK Security Clearance.
•UK National from birth or naturalised, and a permanent UK Resident for the last 5 years.
