Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering, research, program, and product teams to deliver AI-powered products that transform internal work and customer experiences.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, agents/multi-agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Use Open Source and SaaS AI technologies to implement and optimize foundation model systems in production.
  • •Define and steer technical AI architecture vision, integrating applied research breakthroughs while ensuring reliability and scale.
  • •Establish AI performance, safety, and transparency standards, and mentor senior technical leaders across research, data, and engineering disciplines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,200 - 326,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 10 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies; OR Master's plus at least 8 years.
  • •At least 10 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience architecting AI platforms with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy.
  • •9+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud.
  • •Ability to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders up to the SVP level.
