Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor emerging privacy trends and development of new privacy laws.
  • •Maintain expertise in applicable privacy laws and regulatory guidance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, GLBA) and map requirements to business processes.
  • •Advise business lines on privacy risk, controls/monitoring, remediation, and changes in law or regulation.
  • •Provide guidance through interactions and forum engagements, including consulting legal counsel and subject matter experts as needed.
  • •Review complaints and support reporting on privacy compliance activities, escalating when necessary; travel as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 3 years of compliance, risk management, legal, regulatory examiner, or audit experience
  • •At least 3 years of experience working with internal business customers
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and drive an agenda in a fluid environment
  • •Understanding of key regulatory and audit requirements and three lines of defense risk management framework
