Customer Experience Banker (North - Petoskey, MI)

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Use a disciplined sales and follow-up process, handle customer issues, educate customers on deposit products, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships—all while following risk, security, and regulatory policies.
