Job Summary

Own end-to-end execution of complex commercial agreements for major technology partnerships across AI, platform, cloud, and hardware. Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for senior partner stakeholders, leading strategic business reviews, tracking open commercial items, and identifying expansion opportunities. Research and validate new initiatives and partnership opportunities, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Biz Ops to translate partnership activity into outcomes for Unity’s roadmap and financial results.

•Manage day-to-day partner relationships with senior stakeholders, organizing strategic business reviews and tracking open items.
•Identify, research, and validate new business initiatives and partnership opportunities to grow the business.
•Coordinate operational partnership efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Biz Ops.
•Represent Unity’s commercial interests with precision and credibility throughout negotiation and execution.

•Attention to detail with ability to draft, redline, and drive agreements to signature.
