Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and applicable industrial/special program security guidance.
  • •Develop, update, and administer security plans including SOPs, OPSEC plans, and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs).
  • •Create and deliver security education, training, and awareness (indoctrinations, refresher training, debriefings).
  • •Conduct internal self-inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions; perform peer reviews and support government compliance inspections.
  • •Manage program security administrative functions (personnel processing, visitor control, investigations, Top Secret accountability, alarm testing, and document/material dispatch and receipt) and oversee physical security/accreditation packages for SAPFs/SCIFs.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • •Experience with NISPOM, DoD Manual 5205.07, and ICD 705.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required (active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start).
  • •Security clearance requirement: DoD Top Secret (active and existing required on day 1).
Education:Bachelor's in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.
