Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and forecast materials.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems for new setups and retrofit projects.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company and procured assets; support overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements
