Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer requirements and scope.
  • •Detail plan and maintain the IMS lifecycle schedule, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep baselines realistic and current.
  • •Ensure the IMS complies with government customer requirements across all program phases.
  • •Lead performance capture and analysis for the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software and mentor junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience (or an advance degree with at least 5 years).
  • •Experience creating and maintaining industry schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
