Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee program/project performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Escalate project issues, recommend improvements, and address resourcing gaps, technical issues, invoice/cash collection challenges, and vendor concerns.
  • •Drive forecasting and working capital performance (including Unbilled, Billed AR, and DSO) and ensure compliance with PDS and QMS.
  • •Actively manage and share people-management responsibilities for approximately 125 staff, coaching and mentoring project delivery employees.
  • •Partner with client and business leadership on governance/risk triggers and lead capture strategies to grow profitable backlog and bookings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Preferred: 15+ years related experience including 8+ years operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management.
  • •Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management and work across multiple state jurisdictions.
  • •Experienced people manager and team builder.
  • •Must be a US citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship will not be available.
