Job Summary

Own the site’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy implementation and ongoing monitoring, ensuring compliance with national and EU regulations. Guarantee periodic regulatory inspections, corrective actions, prevention/improvement measures, and documentation updates (including the document unique). Coordinate CSSCT meetings, drive internal HSE audits and training, supervise prevention efforts across services and workshops, and act as the group interface for HSE assurance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure implementation and follow-up of the site’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy in line with the group strategy.
•Ensure compliance by all staff and external contractors, including periodic regulatory inspections and follow-up of observations/non-conformities.
•Set up and monitor prevention/improvement measures to avoid or remove dangerous health and safety situations.
•Prepare and participate in CSSCT meetings, and drive quarterly or exceptional CSSCT participation as required.
•Coordinate HSE training and awareness for all personnel, supervise prevention activities across services and workshops, and manage HSE reporting and group audit follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in EHS/HSE in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
•Master-level degree in HSE/QSE or an engineering degree specialized in HSE.
•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
•Strong knowledge of French health, safety, and environmental regulations and experience working with relevant authorities.
•Proven project management experience; people management experience is an asset.
