Job Summary

Own senior-leader engagement for the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program, driving top-down adoption with Corps and Division Commanders. Prepare formations for receiving NGC2 by validating delivery assumptions, shaping customer organizational readiness, and operationalizing a repeatable technology adoption model. Develop 6-month product roadmaps from operational priorities, identify integration opportunities across software/transport/compute, and escalate as needed while maintaining an active U.S. Secret clearance.

•Drive NGC2 engagement from the top-down with Corps and Division Commanders.
•Prepare Army formations to receive NGC2 by validating delivery assumptions and ensuring organizational readiness.
•Create and operationalize a repeatable technology adoption model, evangelizing lessons learned from prior customers early with new customers.
•Develop 6-month NGC2 product roadmaps based on operational leadership priorities, including applications, features, and integrations.
•Identify efficiencies and integration opportunities across software, transport, and compute layers, and facilitate first-party product adoption while stepping in for executive escalation/de-escalation when needed.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 239,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12-15+ years of experience working with or within the DoD and Intelligence Community.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
•Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
•Strong aptitude for problem-solving across the interface of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured situations.
•Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
