Key Responsibilities

  • •Support complex, multi-strand employee relations activity across the employee journey, including probation and performance management.
  • •Handle conduct disciplinaries and grievance resolution, either through formal processes or facilitated conversations.
  • •Present risk- and cost-based options to support decision-making while ensuring compliance with employment and regulatory law.
  • •Coach people leaders through ambiguous and sensitive situations, identifying key risks and delivering commercially sound solutions.
  • •Assist with right-to-work compliance, including sponsorship management and coordination with legal advisors on complex immigration cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing complex, multi-stranded employee relations cases, including “without prejudice” conversations and settlement agreements where appropriate.
  • •Monitor legislative changes, case law, and HR trends to proactively update stakeholders and evolve ER offerings.
  • •Present risk- and cost-based options to aid decision-making while ensuring compliance with employment and regulatory law.
  • •Provide governance and advisory support on employment policies owned by other HR Centres of Excellence.
  • •Experience with probation and performance management, conduct disciplinaries and grievance resolution (formal or facilitated).
