Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and deliver overhaul work plans, coordinating with engineering planning/scheduling to meet outage windows and complete overhauls.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs; arrange and oversee corrective maintenance as required.
  • •Lead asset performance data and KPI collection/analysis to identify issues and drive reliability and improvement plans.
  • •Implement and embed management system requirements within engineering activities and ways of working.
  • •Forecast, manage, and govern work order management systems, annual maintenance planning/execution, and stakeholder/meeting engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant trade qualification(s) and hands-on maintenance experience.
  • •CMMS experience (Mainpac preferred) including work order and maintenance planning processes.
  • •Strong communication skills to engage production, engineering, and management teams.
  • •Ability to plan and prioritise work while managing competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • •Capable of working to budget commitments and supporting cost control, with strong analytical skills.
