Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive implementation and delivery for law enforcement contracts, including project planning, technical execution, risk management, problem solving, budget, performance improvements, and scheduling.
  • •Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities to ensure successful launch and operational success, managing programs against cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • •Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams to drive development and delivery execution.
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement customers and work technically with Skydio engineering teams to meet milestones.
  • •Inform business and program leaders of contract management risks and opportunities and provide general support for go-to-market and business activities as needed.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager or in a similar complex role, preferably for law enforcement agencies.
  • •Deep experience working within the U.S. Law Enforcement or military, including engaging with high-level officials through pilots.
  • •Proven track record implementing new technology and agile development while interfacing with technical teams to deliver on customer schedules.
  • •Experience managing large-scale law enforcement projects using effective internal business systems, processes, and controls across hardware, software, and operations.
  • •Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems, plus federal program management exposure (technology assessments, systems design/analysis, acquisition planning, and budget planning).
