Key Responsibilities

•Hire, develop, and manage a premier field organization of PhD and MD translational scientists with performance metrics tied to data velocity, rigor, and publication quality.
•Author and execute the regional data engagement strategy, guiding collaboration with oncologists, pathologists, and biometricians to unlock ctDNA and real-world datasets, and maintain direct day-to-day clinician communication.
•Oversee secure regional tracking architecture and data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data compliance and system integrity from investigator sites to internal analytics platforms.
•Coordinate between field operations and Oncology Translational Medicine, Medical Affairs, Life Cycle, R&D and Product Development to translate real-world evidence into pipeline recommendations.
•Oversee the lifecycle of investigator-initiated trials and registries with MSLs to maximize utility of analytical tools and data visualization platforms for statistical robustness and manuscript generation.
