Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, supervise, and support a team of nursing professionals.
  • •Manage daily staffing allocation and workflow planning.
  • •Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance support to nursing staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  • •Ensure safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care and support physicians during consultations and clinical procedures.

  • •DHA Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity (Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader, Nurse Manager, or Clinic Nurse Lead).
  • •BLS certification (mandatory), with ACLS and/or PALS desirable; strong EMR and computer literacy.
