Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project schedules comply with specifications, guidelines, and standard WBS, including interim milestones, traffic staging, and sectional handovers.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain baseline, recovery, and revised project schedules; prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and progress reports.
  • •Monitor schedule performance versus the approved baseline, identify delays/risks/critical path impacts, and run schedule risk, delay analysis, and TIA.
  • •Coordinate with construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams to align schedules with resources and deliverables, including authority approvals and long-lead items.
  • •Support EOT claims with planning narratives and evidence; review contractor planning submissions and prepare as-built programs and final planning reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •10+ years in senior planning/controls roles with strong base cost and planning capability, plus infrastructure and buildings experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent) and strong cost control capability.
  • •Experience with EVM, risk analysis, and executive-quality reporting.
  • •Client-facing leadership, clear communication, and rigorous governance.
