Job Summary

Own the end-to-end order-to-revenue process for complex customer portfolios in semiconductor capital equipment, including forecasting, order management, shipment execution, billing, and revenue realization. Partner with Sales leadership to support customer commitments and booking plans, advise on operational and commercial risks, and drive alignment across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Legal, and regional operations. Monitor pipeline and shipment readiness, maintain ERP forecasting data integrity (preferably SAP), and ensure contractual and trade compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the end-to-end order-to-revenue process, including forecasting, order management, shipment execution, billing, and revenue realization.
•Partner with Sales leadership to support customer commitments, business priorities, booking plans, and revenue objectives.
•Provide recommendations on customer commitments, booking strategies, revenue planning, and operational risk management.
•Manage complex customer orders and commercial scenarios balancing customer expectations, operational feasibility, contractual requirements, and business goals.
•Monitor order pipeline, shipment readiness, and performance metrics; maintain ERP forecasting accuracy and integrity, and ensure compliance with contractual, trade, tax, and internal policy requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or related operational functions.
•Direct experience supporting customer-facing operations and the order-to-revenue process, including forecasting, revenue execution, and commercial business operations.
•Experience supporting customer-facing businesses in semiconductor, manufacturing, capital equipment, or high-tech industries.
•Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
