Maintain and repair industrial process machinery to improve reliability and support facility capital investments. Diagnose and fix electrical issues and machine controls using PLC, servo, stepper, and relay logic, while performing mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic repairs on production equipment including CNC mills and lathes. Conduct testing, record work in asset tracking/maintenance systems, and ensure accurate parts usage and communication with the Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform machine breakdown repairs, installations, startups, and continuous machine/process improvements.
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components on industrial process machinery, including diagnosis and replacement of wiring and electrical parts.
•Repair and maintain mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic components on production machines, including hoses/pipes, alignment, and part inspection/replacement.
•Set up and operate metalworking tools (e.g., lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform brazing, welding, cutting, soldering, and metalizing as needed for repairs.
•Test installations and repairs for functionality, and record work completed and parts used in asset tracking software while communicating issues and restocking needs.
