Accurately complete inspections with imaging and submit condition reports using required mobile and technology tools. Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers, resolve inquiries, and maintain productivity and quality expectations. Perform road tests when required and keep skills current on tools like paint meters and OBD scanners.
