Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment using Intel specifications, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
  • •Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal tool performance.
  • •Monitor and analyze equipment performance data; review and classify inline defects to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Create detailed reports on system failures and update or develop specifications and documentation; coordinate with suppliers and partner with Module Engineering teams for experiments and configuration changes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school/GED (or higher) with 1+ year of related equipment maintenance experience, or 2+ years of related hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing, or 4+ years of related experience.
  • •Technical certification or completion of a related trade school program in electronics, electromechanical systems, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
  • •Associate degree in a STEM field related to semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Mechatronics) or a bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field.
  • •Experience with hands-on equipment maintenance in semiconductor manufacturing environments and support in shift-based operations, particularly night shift.
  • •Ability to communicate technical information and demonstrate strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
