Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire and maintain expertise in SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI, data processes, and reporting security to enable accurate reporting.
  • •Prepare and deliver ad-hoc global and company-wide reports, ensuring data validity and supporting timely leadership needs.
  • •Create customized reports and dashboards by gathering requirements, partnering with developers when needed, and conducting thorough testing.
  • •Maintain and enhance existing reports and develop new reports based on business requirements; support day-to-day Power BI dashboarding and reporting query troubleshooting.
  • •Serve as SME for Business Warehouse/SAP reporting, troubleshoot data discrepancies, maintain dashboarding/BW reporting security roles (auditing and approvals), and support guides/training updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, psychology, or a related field with a focus on data analysis/critical thinking.
  • •1+ year of experience handling data (report writing, data analysis, research) and using SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools.
  • •Experience supporting SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools, including troubleshooting and testing.
  • •Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Exceptional integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
