Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the assessment of client environments and challenges, developing and implementing a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver fit-for-purpose controls and performance solutions.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across stages of client engagement.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face formats with client representatives, working across multi-disciplinary teams both on client sites and virtually.
  • •Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring them to specific circumstances, including the use of AI and Machine Learning where appropriate.
  • •Drive programme advisory team business generation activities (bids, proposals) and provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls, with experience in major capital projects/programmes within a PMO/controls & performance environment (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting).
  • •Experience supporting controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions to create a consistent source of truth for client leadership decision-making.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present reports and navigate complex stakeholder environments, engaging executive client teams including C-suite levels.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and/or specialist controls & performance software including Oracle Primavera, PRISM, and Power BI.
