Serve as a land records specialist and super-user for the company’s land database, ensuring data integrity through reporting, training, and accurate payment/financial calculations. Lead due diligence coordination for acquisitions/dispositions, prepare sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings, and support permit/licensing applications and renewals. Analyze land rights and obligations related to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets while delivering excellent customer service and mentoring others.

•Manage and maintain the company land database, including data entry, reporting, and training as a super-user/specialist.
•Handle calculations related to payments and other financial obligations.

•Lead due diligence by coordinating land files during asset acquisitions or dispositions.
•Prepare legal descriptions/drawings, applications for permits/licenses/renewals, and analyze land rights and obligations for abandonment/retirement of pipeline and facility assets.
