Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings, including negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support: assess workplace concerns, guide progressive discipline approaches, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR capabilities across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Track record managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment-related instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and communicate recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced business-level proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
