Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning/AI solutions supporting mission and client objectives.
  • •Build and enhance generative AI and RAG solutions using large language models, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering.
  • •Perform data acquisition, ETL, exploratory analysis, data preparation, and validation to support analytics and AI initiatives.
  • •Develop, test, evaluate, and monitor AI/ML solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, scalability, security, and production performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data preparation, analytics, and model development/testing/deployment.
  • •Experience designing, developing, validating, and monitoring machine learning models (feature engineering, evaluation, performance optimization).
  • •Working knowledge of modern AI/NLP concepts (large language models, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, retrieval approaches).
