  • •Coordinate the activity of a team of 14 Data Architects DevSecOps, acting as the link between the Engagement Technical Lead, architects, entities, and technology teams.
  • •Distribute workloads and resources according to priorities, capacity, and business needs.
  • •Track objectives, deliverables, and commitments; identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
  • •Ensure compliance with reference architectures and corporate standards through reviews and follow-up of deviations and architectural risks.
  • •Drive demand management, capacity planning, prioritization, and adoption of Data Architecture, DataOps, and DevSecOps best practices; coordinate partner involvement aligned to corporate standards.

  • •Más de 8 años de experiencia en entornos de Datos, Analítica o Plataformas Tecnológicas y al menos 5 años coordinando equipos técnicos o multidisciplinares.
  • •Experiencia en gestión de demanda, planificación y coordinación de múltiples stakeholders en entornos complejos, distribuidos o multinacionales.
  • •Conocimiento sólido de Arquitectura de Datos, Data Platforms, Data Engineering y ecosistemas analíticos corporativos.
  • •Conocimientos de DataOps y DevSecOps, Gobierno del Dato, seguridad, observabilidad y monitorización de plataformas.
  • •Nivel de inglés C1 para reuniones y coordinación con equipos internacionales.
