Job Summary

Lead the equipment & machinery maintenance team at an automated Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) in Busan, supporting 24/7 operations. Manage shift priorities and technician work allocation, coordinate with inbound/outbound and support teams, and optimize facility and MHE maintenance. Drive team development through coaching, skill assessments, and training support while overseeing engineering evaluations, handovers, briefing, and defect reporting. Monitor and report maintenance data and set team goals using SMART.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage senior technicians’ and technicians’ shift workload priorities and assignments.
•Coordinate staffing and maintenance activities with inbound, outbound, and other support teams.
•Coach and develop team members: advise, provide leadership, motivate, assess capability, and address training and technical requirements.
•Perform technical evaluations and support capability building; integrate first-line maintenance for equipment and facilities.
•Manage processes and handovers across shifts, including briefings and defect reporting/resolution; collect, monitor, and report maintenance data.

Key Requirements

•10–25 years of equipment/facility maintenance experience in an automated plant or factory environment.
•Strong technical capability across automated hardware and software, with relevant engineering training/education or apprenticeship experience.
•Experience at a management or supervisory level in an automated environment.
•Strong organizational skills, planning, and prioritization abilities with detail-oriented analytical problem solving.
•Comprehensive understanding of production/picking/storage MHE systems and experience using CMMS in an FMCG environment.
