Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage senior technicians’ and technicians’ shift workload priorities and assignments.
  • •Coordinate staffing and maintenance activities with inbound, outbound, and other support teams.
  • •Coach and develop team members: advise, provide leadership, motivate, assess capability, and address training and technical requirements.
  • •Perform technical evaluations and support capability building; integrate first-line maintenance for equipment and facilities.
  • •Manage processes and handovers across shifts, including briefings and defect reporting/resolution; collect, monitor, and report maintenance data.

Key Requirements

  • •10–25 years of equipment/facility maintenance experience in an automated plant or factory environment.
  • •Strong technical capability across automated hardware and software, with relevant engineering training/education or apprenticeship experience.
  • •Experience at a management or supervisory level in an automated environment.
  • •Strong organizational skills, planning, and prioritization abilities with detail-oriented analytical problem solving.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of production/picking/storage MHE systems and experience using CMMS in an FMCG environment.
