Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Root-cause investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Oversee the Operations Associates: recruit, develop talent, evaluate performance using company tools, and provide constant feedback
