Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development tests in the Finishing Development Center.
  • •Operate and/or execute process steps using processing equipment, manual processing, test equipment, and metrology tools.
  • •Follow work instructions and interpret task documents; execute scheduled tests including sample acquiring, testing, and data entry.
  • •Communicate immediately any abnormal findings on the product or testing equipment.
  • •Adhere to safety procedures and good housekeeping standards; assist in continuous improvement suggestions and other assigned tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant technical experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, or 1 year as an Engineering Test Support I at First Solar.
  • •Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and test plans.
  • •Average ability to use tools and operating equipment (robots, conveyors, human/machine interfaces).
  • •Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • •Ability to learn and run JMP and analyze simple datasets using JMP and SQL application upon training.
