Join the Hardware Development team to design new electronics for portable and industrial thermal barcode printers, RFID, and wireless solutions—from concept through mass production. You’ll lead technical design reviews, architectural planning, and milestone management while collaborating with manufacturing and cross-functional partners. You’ll also support existing product lines by resolving manufacturing yield and field quality issues, and evaluate alternative electronic components to reduce supply chain disruptions and obsolescence.

•Collaborate as an active member of the hardware development team, contributing to conceptual design and performing technical design reviews.
•Present and communicate design information effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external experts.
•Support existing printer product lines by resolving manufacturing yield issues and addressing field quality concerns.
•Evaluate alternative electronic components using methodical problem-solving to mitigate supply chain disruptions or component obsolescence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of engineering experience with an emphasis on mixed-signal circuit design.
•Advanced circuit modeling, simulation, and troubleshooting experience using tools such as LTSpice and TINA.
•Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using Mentor Graphics or Altium.
•Extensive technical experience with RFID, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, analog and power circuits, and thermal printhead control logic.
•Proven experience supporting EMC and Safety regulatory approvals, plus hands-on proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, electronic loads, and spectrum analyzers.
