Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale a People analytics foundation, including a certified workforce metric ecosystem with standardized definitions and reliable data pipelines.
•Replace manual, error-prone lifecycle workflows with automated, AI-native operations across recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee support.
•Own the People tech stack strategy and integration direction for Workday, Ashby, Glean, CultureAmp, Pave, Brighthire, and future tools, including build/buy/integrate decisions.
•Establish governance frameworks for AI-assisted workflows to ensure reliability and intentional use.
•Lead and develop the team with clear KPIs and drive change adoption through training, documentation, and enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in People technology or analytics, plus at least 3 years managing and developing a team.
•Experience rebuilding People operations on automated foundations, eliminating meaningful manual effort and improving SLAs or error rates.
•Ownership of a multi-system HR tech stack, with the ability to make deliberate architectural decisions about integrations, data sharing, and scaling.
•Experience building predictive analytics for People use cases such as attrition, workforce planning, or compensation equity.
•Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into a sequenced technology roadmap and collaborate across technical and People audiences.
