Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures, and promote an inclusive, respectful, and equitable work environment.
  • •Maintain and integrate the Legacy portfolio plan by aligning operational, stewardship, closure, and project activities across all sites.
  • •Facilitate integrated planning sessions to align priorities, resources, schedules, budgets, and regulatory commitments across the portfolio.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated portfolio schedules and resource-loaded plans, including rolling look-ahead schedules and annual work plans.
  • •Monitor progress against approved plans, schedules, budgets, and KPIs, identify schedule deviations and risks, and support mitigation and recovery planning through scenario and schedule risk analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in project planning, program planning, operational planning, or portfolio management within the mining industry.
  • •5+ years of experience in an Owner’s role is required.
  • •3+ years of field experience is required.
  • •Proven ability to develop integrated work plans and facilitate integrated planning workshops across multiple sites and workstreams.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and demonstrated communication and follow-up skills.
