Team Lead, Sales Full Time

Lead in-store sales and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Champion a positive team culture, assist across store departments (including POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations), and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Manage day-to-day team activities in your assigned area, serve as a brand ambassador, and follow Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
