Job Summary

Provide independent psychological assessment and intervention within areas of specialization for inpatients and outpatients in Abu Dhabi. Collaborate with senior clinical psychologists, deliver highly specialist one-to-one clinical consultations, develop psychosocial formulations, assess risk, and contribute to multidisciplinary care plans to improve patient outcomes within SEHA’s Allied Health services.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide independent psychological assessment and intervention within areas of specialization
•Collaborate with senior clinical psychologists to provide consultative services
•Deliver highly specialist one-to-one clinical psychological consultations
•Develop psychosocial formulations and risk management plans for clients
•Contribute to multidisciplinary teams with advice on psychological aspects of needs assessment and care planning

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in psychology or a related field
•Specialization in clinical psychology with experience in independent assessment and intervention
•Experience providing psychological consultations for individuals, families and groups
•Ability to develop psychosocial formulations and risk management plans
•Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and commitments to quality and safety standards
