Manager, Payroll Latam

Manage end-to-end production payroll for Mexico and support union and non-union payroll across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. Partner with production teams, HR, Finance, Legal, labor relations, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll. Validate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, overtime, statutory benefits, taxes, and severance; maintain payroll data integrity and resolve payroll discrepancies while supporting vendor changes and process improvements.
