Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a customer interface for quality and reliability related items.
  • •Lead multi-functional activities across design, platform, operations, and customer system bring-up and manufacturing to meet quality and reliability requirements.
  • •Communicate technical results clearly and accurately and drive issues to successful closure within timelines.
  • •Influence Fab and OSAT suppliers to meet product quality requirements, including NUDD for future technologies.
  • •Measure and improve outgoing product quality through product end-of-life and maintain robust quality processes and quality management systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success in product quality and reliability, including familiarity with customer interactions and semiconductor IC product development.
  • •Strong technical capability to debug systems-level issues from firmware to applications and drive issues to successful closure.
  • •Experience managing data for datacenter GPU products and improving outgoing product quality through end-of-life.
  • •Strong ability to communicate technical results clearly and accurately, both orally and in writing.
  • •Preferred: background in semiconductor industry product quality/reliability or product engineering, with knowledge of server CPU and embedded architecture.
