Key Responsibilities

•Design and build AI- and algorithm-powered features from research and prototyping through production rollout.
•Advance an insight engine combining LLMs, machine learning, and rule-based methods to extract structure from complex interaction data.
•Integrate new and diverse data sources via product abstractions and scalable ingestion.
•Develop and deploy production-ready Python services (async APIs) and containerized components for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
•Build evaluation and guardrails for model/algorithm outputs, including hallucination and schema-adherence checks, plus latency/cost/quality metrics, while owning end-to-end delivery and mentoring others.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of practical experience in a Computer Science or Data Science-related field, or a PhD in Data Science/AI/ML with 2+ years practical experience.
•Hands-on AI/ML experience, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with prompt writing, vector search, and evaluation for hallucination, schema adherence, and performance.
•Strong algorithmic foundation and the ability to choose between AI-based and classical approaches for a given problem.
•Experience designing, building, and deploying robust, scalable, production-ready Python services and APIs.
•Strong understanding of Python async I/O and experience with ETL, data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, and schema design.
